I have bought a rain coat for my kid with order number 4678361, which got delivered in a week time. I found that the rain coat is not good. The colour I wanted was pink, they have given me purple, the quality sucks, I mean it is just a piece of plastic. Also the arm position near the shoulder is such that my 8 yrs daughter cannot even wear it, though I bough 8-11 yrs one.
When I requested for return, they are giving different excuses and not returning the same. I have never experience such things in other online stores, like flipkart, Yebhi etc. It seems as per rule, there should be no question asked for return policy. And in this case, even after so many explanation and request, they are not giving the service.
I will never buy from this site, neither I will suggest anyone.
