I have ordered High quality Swift Dzire Car cover on 3rd Noveember. While ordering I explicity told that I need grey or silver cover car cover.
However, I have received a Black cover car cover (which I never wanted) after almost three weeks of ordering the same. Hence, I have not taken the delivery of the cover and returned the Courier person without taken the delivery.
Now, its been almost more than 15 days, I am struggling to get my money back from ShopClues.
In the mean time, I have made so many calls to the Customer care and told that I need to have a refund of my money as I have already bought a new car Cover as I cant wait further.
I have also raised same concern in the feedback section of shopclues website as well as on the ShopClues Facebook page.
