I had two orders in december with shopclues and they are still not delivered. worst shopping site on the net. They have updated courier delivered and yet I havn’t recieved it but the customer care is saying courier s delivered. when I track the parcel it still showing in process. the courier partner for shopclues is professional courier.

I raised the complaint on 6th jan, 2016, that means according to shopclues the ordered was delivered before 6th, thats why I raised a complain. but on the website account page delivery date is now showing 9th jan, 2016. that means they updated the delivery two times, how come is that they delivered two times and yet I didn’t recieved any single time.
shopclues is a fake website please avoid it.
