I am a regular buyer on ebay, amazon, rediff, indiatimes shopping. The other day I was looking for a flip cover for Micromax Magnus 117 and found one with Google. The photo was for a glossy finish and I got was a poor quality matt finish flipcover - basically wrong product sent. I raised a call with Shopclues customer service (the complaint service number is 816497) and asked for a replacement.
They said they cannot replace but are "offering 50 Clue Bucks" as consolation and I could keep the product - what rubbish. I wanted my money back and not a third class product and useless Clue Bucks worth Rs. 50. I have sent at least 2 mails for a refund and they are not responding at all. What a trash customer service! I have lost my money. Why the hell did I not buy from eBay/Amazon/Rediff/Indiatimes.
To ShopClues - With this kind of customer service, you will cease to exist given how the other internet companies care about customers. And if you CEO is expecting that he can later sell this company to one of the other internet companies and make a fast buck, trust me, no one will buy a company like ShopClues with such trash customer service - I am sure they will not want to harm their reputation by trying to throw money at ShopClues!
