Shopclues.com is a syndicate of fraud merchants under Sanjay Sethi’s SCAM, there website says they sell 100% new products, but the goods delivered are OLD and USED my order # 35223207 I got very OLD & Used RAM & PROCESSOR, seller said in description its 2.7ghz and send me OLD 1.8ghz https://shopclues.com/dual-core-2.7-ghz-g-31-mother-board-fan-2gb-ddr2-1gb2.html
Now for refund they said my location is not serviceable so I have to send it, how can they deliver but not pickup from same location? Also after I shipped the courier now they are saying that they arenot sure if they will get it, once we rcv we will try to refund in 4 weeks? This ppl want to dump old products and make ppl run after them by saying its our process? Why do they not check the product before dlivering by the Merchant? Never buy from shopclues its big pain and loss of money and time. this customer service is of no use just making false promises do not fall prey to what they say.
I am filing a CASE under IPC 420, 191 against the directors of the company, kindly reply here if you also want to put an end to such fraud organisations, by providing your evidences of being cheated and fraud commited by shopclues.com Sanjay Sethi’s company.
