Many of the shoping sites are now there which are easily available for you to get what you need
But manyof them are not really doing there jobs
Shopclues.com is one of them
Ones I used to order a chopper and I choose shoplues to buy as it is available at shopclues.com in such a low price then on any other site
When I get my product I was very much shocked that the quality doesn’t matches the actual one that I saw on the shoplues.com
Then I decided to return the product and get my money back
I contacted to customer care and they told me that your item is non returnable.
But during surfing there was clearly mentioned that you can easily return your prodect within 7days of your buying and there were only 4 days to go
So the customer service is really so untrusted.
And as I told that product quality was also not matched the listed one.
Delivery time was also goes on delay as it shows only 2 days to deliver my product on my pincode but actully they took 4 days to deliver.so delivery time is also not good
Reliability is also breaked up by them as the actual product is what I saw on website and the real one what I got.
So on my behalf I suggest you not to go for shopclues.com if you are willing to buy something
Just go for some other website as there are so many easily available.
