I had given order on 2/12/2014. After having confirmation from shopclues customer service representative and on cell no. Of someone as per Shopclues people, the no of cell is of merchant.
My order no. 28415455. For Samsung 48h5100 hd led tv. Merchant is 3d generation co.
After placing order when contacted merchant. I got information that, “product has left from my place."After 24 hours when contacted customer service of shopclues, the customer service representative told me that "our courier partner had visited merchant for product but product is not available."
So it is a? On whom to rely.
After this episode, I requested shopclues people for cancellation of order and refund my own money. On 5/12/2014, till date my bank account is not credited.
Excuse is technical problem as narrated by customer service representative. Do not know how to solve this issue?

I am a fool as one year back, I had same experience with kaunsa.com (mify solution p ltd) at that time payment gateway was citruspay and now also citruspay.
I think these sort of methods adopted by all online shopping portal. These people collect our money and rotate our money for few days- months. So, get some more profit any how.
