Purchased a product on: 02 Nov 2013, 09:07 PM
9 Nov was the estimated delivery date but I haven’t received any product till date.
The site sent me a message that the shipment was delivered on 10 Nov. So I checked the status on DTDC’ website, its still ’IN TRANSIT’.
Now, I’m calling both DTDC and ShopClues.com. Either of them don’t pick my call or say that we have arranged a special call from our team, they will solve your problem within 24 hrs.
Now Its 648hs(27days) that I’ve been regularly contacting them. But every thing is a waste.
So Guys/ Girls, please don’t buy anything from SHOPCLUES.COM or don’t book any shipment from DTDC courier.
