I am totally deceived by shopclues.com by sending me the wrong items.I understand that it’s usually normal for errors during the shipment process, but what pissed me off is the customer service which is taking a lot of time to process a refund/replacement.
Another hell with shopclues.com is that they don’t have toll free number for support, its paid service and average hold time extends for half an hour.
My impression: wisely choose flipkart.
