I have placed a order for first time with you the order number is: 8561673, after 3 days I can see the order has been transferred to another seller as due to unavailability (order number: 8684944) of the product with previous seller.
Today its 4th of December 2013, oh hell 20 days. I still didn’t received the order yet, I tried to call and complaint with Shopclues atleast 5 times in last 2 weeks regarding the same.
Each time they assure me to receive a call from your customer care executive, but I didn’t received even a single call. Again sick kind of service, I have ever seen. What I personally feel Shopclues stands nowhere in front of Flipkart or Snapdeal I just love their precision of services, now I am just letting you know this because I have no hope with shopclues.com
