Hi people! I am gonna tell you about the worst online shopping app- its shopclues.com. Before few days back I ordered a mobile ( Karbonn Aura Power) worth rs 5399 from this website. They took almost 10 days to deliver my product. After the delivery I pay money to courier boy and open my product. I am completely shocked after seeing my mobile. Its screen is damaged. I immediately call the service centre and told them about the damage of the product and they simply told me that- its not our fault you definetly drop your mobile and the screen broked, the company was not responsible for damage, please visit your nearer Karbonn Service centre.
I again had to pay my money on this mobile for making the screen.
It’s the worst online shopping app. Please dont buy anything from this app.
