Bought Google Nexus 4 and received a faulty piece

The phone shipped to me was faulty, 3G never worked , bluetooth hung and only worked after restart and also network dropped many a times, as per my research the phone has a faulty hardware and need to be replaced ASAP.


I am quite annoyed shopping with Shopclues as the products sold don’t seem


genuine.
