Order No: 13237581. I recently tried Shopclues to purchase a pair of Creative earphones on COD. When I received the item I found out that the earphones were duplicate and of cheapest duplicate quality which you won’t find even in local markets.
The extra sized earbuds that comes with the earphones were all torn.
On contacting customer support they were quick in responding, but were refunding in Clues Bucks which are kind of points that I can use next time to shop on SHOPCLUES. Tell me one thing why should I shop again with these idiots?
I have attached the photographs of the earphone with this review so that SHOPCLUES can’t claim that I am not a legitimate customer or that I had been shipped appropriate item.
