Shopclues.com one of the worth site for online shopping.it is my personal experience about the shopping in shopclues.com last month ago I have purchase Nikon dslr camera for taking picture in my uncle wedding .
Finally I like the camera and order the camera on shopclues.com it show that it will take 6to 7 day to delever but after the 9 days it got my order on 10 day in evening I have selected COD mode of payment and when my item reached to me the I made the payment for cash and taken the item and came to my room and when I open the box I am really get socked because they send me the specker system in the place of DSLR camera and they stick the invoice of camera and the delevery not was also take the actual amount of DSLR camera that is 2399 rs
At that time I was really depressed because I did not have time to to relpace and again order tha camera.
So after 1 hour I make call to the shopclue customer care no .and tell my problem to hum the he did not belive on me tha it may he happen .
Then I am really angery because of worst service then he ask me for my invoice no .order no etc and taken the complain and he said tha after 2 hour we call you and verify the user
After 2 hour they call me and aks me for my information related to my order and product and the they belive and they taken the complain and after 3 day one delevery come to me and take that specker system and they send me the origanial DSLR camera after 3 day .
It is my one of the bad experience about the online shopping .now I am never going to buy something from shopclue.com
