Shopclues is a worst site for shopping. I bought two watches by making my account on it. After booking the order my account was getting deleted by themselves. when I tried to login in the site showing you don’t have account and even I am unable to create new account from my mail id. After all this; when I got watches which I ordered are in non-working condition. There is no way to return the watches. When I called to customer support they didn’t entertain me.
The quality of products is very poor and no customer support and you there is no reliability. Very bad delivery process. The website and server maintenance is also poor they are not capable to save their customers account and data.
So, don’t buy anything on this site ever and I am happy they deleted my account because I will never shop again on Shopclues because there is no clues.
