This is an online shopping site favoured by many people. but this site is not useful because they did not deleivers the ordered object. last month I orderd bathroom slippers of puma of black colour . but when opened my parcel I became angry to see what I ordered and what I got. the product was totally changed not even a same brand which I ordered. when I request to chane they told for refund not change. this site has more disadvantages then the advantages. coustmer service is very poor than other shopping site.
to increase its market value there should be certain changes required.
