I have purchased product of oneplus two from shopclus.com on 21 March 2016 and on 25th I received phone but after opening and using I found camera is not working so I said to replace the same but to date I have not updated and phone is not replaced.
I am supposed to fly that’s why I want to ONEPLUS service center they said we are unable to provide service to you as you have purchased phone from other site with whom we don’t have tie-up, so warranty is not working. Same thing I tried to convey to shopclus.com but they are not saying anything. AND I AM SURE I LOST MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH SUCH FOOL TEAM.
