I have purchased a "Battery Powered Vibrating Hairbrush And Body Massager" vide order no. 76147543.
But after delivery when I opened the sealed pack, I found that the product delivered is a "Security Credit Card Wallet", which is completely different item that was ordered.
The invoice attached outside the pack indicates correctly that the ordered item is
a "Battery Powered Vibrating Hairbrush And Body Massager" . But the packet contains completely a wrong product.
When I have raised a return request same day with picture of the received item and invoice with the reason that wrong product is delivered, I got mail from shopclues given below:-

Now question is that either the shopclues team has illiterate peoples working with them or their courier parterner are illiterate. Because after going through this mail this is clear that their working methodology is keep eye closed and reply customer mail, as I have alreay sent the picture of the delivered item with invoice.
