These are so many online shopping apps or site available in the indian market, ShopClues is one of them. One I did shopping with this site, I used both apps and the site, I get problems in the shopping, some of them have been discussed follows.
1)- When I searched some products on the sopping site, I found a product with different prices. The important thing is that this product is the same company. I attached picture of this. and you checked your self.
2)- When you waste a lot of time on the site, and you find some products and try to buy it, then another problems with this site is come. When I have checked the product details, it shows the free delivery of this product at my place, but when I am in the payment option, it shows the additional delivery free. It does not look once, but every time.
3)- Quality of the product is not worth discussing. It delivered low quality product. I bought a screwdriver set. When is first used the screwdriver, it’s edge are destroyed.
After that, when I called the customer service center to return the product, the did not take the call.
