I shopped with shopclues 2-3 times and were happy with their products until this time. I ordered for a ring and I received a discolored ring.
The seller agreed to exchange/refund but shopclues declined saying that the ring is absolutely fine. This meant that the customer is lying to them.that too for a small amount of Rs.170! This is ridiculous! Bye Bye Shopclues! Hope you don’t cheat other customers this way too!
