I m going to share my journey as customer with Shopclues.com ,
I think U guys also known that. It’s a fake website there showing something in website.
And after we order they are sending something to us.
It’s a very big fraud website in E commerce platform.
I ordered Sky Blue colour Kurt @ 899.
But I got Red Colour Gym Vest.
Gym Vist, I think it’s a just 150 to 200 Rupees.
After that I contact customer service team.
They told, I m sorry for the inconvenience in ur future u won’t be face like this same issue.
And Customers Service team.
Was requested to return pickup.
Now only no one came to pick the return pickup.
I already Contacted more then 11 time to arrange the pickup.
But there are not responding customers.
One of the third class service in E-commerce.
In Shopclues.com all are liers n cheaters.
Sellers are making fool to us.
Customer service team helpless n irrespect to us. And Third class courier service.
So I request you my dear Sweet Friends.
Beware with this fraud and fake website.
