Ridiculous customer service

received the missing parts . On checking the TV is not working . Asked for a replacement and return . Return request was accepted


NOW SHOPCLUES SAYS THAT THE ITEM IS TOO HEAVY FOR REVERSE PICKUP . IS it not ridiculous again?


When they delivered it was it not heavy / light . they had couriers who could deliver it as light . but on reverse pick up does it become heavy .


So you can understand the Customer service of shopclues? why are such companies allowed to continue in INDIA Return Status: Return Request Declined

10:54 AM  Some resolution needed urgently . It is a week now . Either take back the TV or send me the remote, cables, stand screws and manuals . There is no use keeping the screen alone with me


Youhi how can u decline this request . with out sending me the missing parts . what kind of customer service is this . do you think my money growss on trees?. Ridiculous You can read from the above transcript . everytime you call customer care you just get a message that they are working on the issue and will get back in 48 hrs . This is now 15 days and finally today they say request is declined without any reason . what do I do with only the TV screen with nothing else . Ridiculous is it not .
