Item purchased not genuine (Mi Power Bank 10400)

I purchased MI Power Bank from ShopClues.com.

I received fake product(see picture attached), and worst is that this product does not even work. I raised complaint(ticket number 1204439) on 15th Oct 9:31 PM but I haven’t received any response from them yet.

I tried calling customer support number(01244414888) but somehow I am unable to call. Today I have raised request for return through shopclues.com site and waiting for response.
