Guys, at first I must say that I do not like or trust the online shopping site named SHOPCLUES.COM. because of their irresponsibility and bad customer satisfaction. Listen I order a sparx red and black casual shoe on 05.05.2017 and I received the order as their giving time in 5 days but I received a wrong color product I received sparx blue and black shoe but I order red and black shoe so immediately I was go the my order option on shopclues site and want to replace the product but I cannot do that they give me a mail where mention the product have no any replacement policy but I see it when I place the order, It’s 100% sure because I do not place any order without replacement policy so they give me the refund policy and I have no way so I select that and upload my bank details as they required and after 2 days the item was pick up form me and after 3 days I received the item accepted mail here they say I will get my money within my bank account within 5 to 7 business day. so I waiting for that but today is 11 days going on but I cannot get my money back. I also call the helpline number of the Shopcles.com, They say I will get it soon it is in processing but they do not give me confirmation date when I get it. So now I have no way without waiting. I am waiting but I do not know when I get it and also don’t know Is I get it or not. So now I don’t trust the site or in future I never shopping from them.
