Dont buy anything from shopclues. services are worst & worst.
I have requested for Apple ear phone on 27th Sep and expected delivery date was before 12 oct but I hadn’t received the product and on 15th Oct I have been informed by shopclues that my order has been completed then I send the mail to shopclues that I haven’t received the product and got the message that my order has been completed, I send 3-4 mail and called to customer care 2 times but nothing has been solved out and on 20th oct I received my product.
when I checked the product, it was local ear phone worth is around 40-50 rs only. I contacted to shopclues by mail and phone and requested for return.
after 4-5 days No information was received from shopclues then again I called to shopclues and they said that vendor has denied to accept the products.
is this their return policy and they act according to their vendor only. they dont care for their customer.
sorry to say please stop working as a Govt Comapny or SBI its 2015 please wake up .
