I have purchased 2 nos. Digital Weighing Scale Machine @ Rs.499+ FREE DVD Holder + warranty for 1093/- after 30% coupon apply vide order no. 10324853 dated 18/01/14. To my surprise the actual seller “Car Decorator” contacted and demanded to deposit Rs 300 in his bank account to deliver the material. I did not understand the thing and ignored him.
Then after some days I received the material with one being ok and another one no. came Dead on Arrival. I contacted first the actual seller “Car Decorator."
But he laughed on my fate and as per his words I came to know that he intentionally sent me a dead product and ignored me complete to replace or even listen to my words.
After that I called Shopclues, then the trouble starts. They accepted the return request after several calls. But never picked up the material from me. When I called regarding pickup, they declared that my city Durgapur (West Bengal) is a non serviceable area. So they cannot reverse pickup the material. Evil! But they can deliver the material, waah! lol.
After repeated requests they asked me to send the material and will give Rs 300/- for shipping. Being a bulky material the courier people demanded me Rs 500/- for shipping of the material. The same was conveyed to shopclues customer care.
The customer care is the worst one. For every call I have to repeat all the story again. Your energy will be lost for explaining everything again & again.
From that day they listens the story, forwards the complaint then forgets. This thing repeats again and again. One last fine day I got a mail from shopclues saying that based on our return policy the return time is over and I am unqualified to replace the material.
So they will not accept the material even though if I send it to them. So the moral of the story, never buy anything from Fakeclues.
