Few days back I ordered 2 men’s watches from cracker deal. Instead of 4-5 days mentioned on the site, I received my order within 2 days. When I opened the pack I found that one of the watches was damaged.
I dropped an email to their support team and immediately got the reply. My product was picked from my home the next day and I received a brand new watch today morning. What an easy replacement policy and great services.
