After reading reviews from ms, decided to give a try for shopclues.com. with a discount coupon worth rs.200 in my hand (got from paytm.com) , ordered Panasonic cordless phone.mentioned amount is rs.1479.after applying discount coupon, ordered the same for rs.1279 (in which 26 clues bucks will be received after completion of order) on 25 th feb.mentioned shipping with in 5-7 days.but they dispatched the same on 26 th Monday via blue dart & received it on 28 th Thursday.
I would say swift delivery.also for my surprise, the seller filled the warranty cord with his seal & send the item with proper bill.the phone was manufactured on jan 2013.quick response for queries made via mail, chat & twitter.send 3 mails to their cc for queries, & got replies with in less than 20 minutes.what else we want from an online site.as we know, in blue dart site, only expected date of delivery will be displayed.but in sc, if we check our order status step by step details of our shipment will be diplayed which means we didn’t want to actually check the courier site for updates.iwould say everybody must give a try for shopclues.com. their jaw dropping deals are awesome.only drawback is their site is too slow for loading
