Poor site

I am purches a power bank from the online shopping site shopclues.

My order not comlete in the delivery time.And my order is many more time transfer to seller

But all seller take my order but not sand a item. After some day the seller sand a massage to me And say we are anable to comlete your order your payment return to your account but both are payment and item not sand. After a month my payment is returnd
