Shopclues is one of the big e-commerce website in India.It provide day to day product to every smart gadget, apparels also.As it look they have a huge customer base also but their service is not good at all.
As for an e-commerce website the thing first come is Product quality.In that case they have a record of sending used and scratched product.You will have to return 2 times out of 5 time you buy there.Next comes delivery, most of the time it is late.
Their Customer care support isn’t helpful at all whenever you call to enquired about delivery they give excuse as that are not in their hand.
Although I have never faced any problem about payment or refund.
As of now it is better to stay away from Shopclues untill product quality and delivery improvea.
