Last year once I had saw the advertisement of shopclues and their products in facebook. I thought to try some products. I downloaded the app from Google Play Store and registered to that. Firstly I ordered a Bluetooth earphones worth rupees 699/- I thought that was cheap and best and I bought that because the product reviews were good. When I received the product the package was not at all packed properly. Second thing Is they did not provide any charging cable and I had to buy it separately. Very disgusting thing is the headphones were not at all charging, after charging for 5 Hrs also the headphone says battery low. I tried to return but there was nothing like return policy in that. I request everyone please don’t buy anything from shopclues.com
