Hello friends, today I am gonna share my experience with the orders from Shopclues.com.
I purchased a product from Shopclues. I paid the money to purchase a product on 16th august and my shipment date was scheduled to 24th august. Its been 10 days and I still did not received the product. So, I called Shopclues customer service to complain about my shipment problem. They told that the product is already delivered, but I haven’t received the product. They registered my complain and told me to give the proof of delivery, which I haven’t received.
So guys I can say this is a fraud company. They keep the price low to attract customers and once the payment is done, you will be in trap of them.
Now I don’t but any product from this website.
