I have ordered from shopclues quite a few time and I always recieve some fake products.
they have a sunday flea market and that literally is a "CHOR BAZAAR".
you might see a great price difference on shopclues vs. other sites but that it simply because they sell fake products.
flipkart, amazon, snapdeal and other big sites keep an eye on their merchants but shopclues seems to be blind in this case.
I have recieved these fake products form shopclues so far.-
scull candy earphones.
senheiser earphones
hp mouse
seagate hard drive(yes really!)
I called their support several times fr raising a refund but they never listen to me!
stay away from this site!
