I ordered electric blanket on 26.01.2015 against order no. 35367555. The product delivered to me was not working. It was not getting warmed up. It was got picked up for replacement/refund on 10.02.2015.
Till 21st February no replacement or refund has been received.
I made three calls during last 10 days to check the status of replacement//refund. Every time I was told that it will take 3-4 days more for the refund. To day on 21.02.2015 when I rang up I was told that it will take 15 days more.
It appears that Shopclues in not interested in refund/replacement.
