I am giving here some facts of shopclues
It is not customer friendly, it is seller friendly company
It sells defective products in 70% of cases
Return and refund service is very bad if you call to seller then contact no.- switched off email -no replay
Most of arias it says delivery not available if available then delivery time is minimum 7 days and maximum 15 days
You can buy products price under Rs 200 .There are many websites which are better then Shopclues
So my suggestion is service of shopclues is very bad
