This is a very ridiculous experience I have ever had. I had placed an order on 26th Jan 2015. today is 5th Feb 2015. I have not yet received my order. the worst part is I trie call shopclues customer service asking for the product details.
They told its shipped on 27th Jan 2015. But the product has not reached. customer service people are not ready to share the contact number of the courier guys. they tell that its confidential. what the hell is haappening here. Neither are they sharing the contact number nor they are trying to sort out the problem. I have called them several times but its all in vain.
THIS IS THE FIRST EVER WORST WEBSITE I HAVE EVER SEEN WHICH TAKES MORE THAN 10 DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY PROPER GUIDANCE FOR THE CUSTOMER ON THE CURRENT STATUS
