I had purchased a wireless mouse from Shopclue.com. The description said that it was Logitech brand. When I received the product, it was way too different that mention on the website:
The brand was local manufactured by some Hari Computers in Surat
Invoice said it is ’Logitech type Wireless Mouse" , does this mean that these are imitation products & they charge the same price that Logitech charged.
When Contacted customer care, they further denied to entertain my return request and suggested to contact service center. Does this mean I should connect Logitech or Hari Computers.
It’s really disappointing how this website doesn’t take responsibility as I had purchased couple of items from this website, but this experience made me loose credibility of this website.
I really hope that they help me sort out this issue. I will never ever suggest to other to go and purchase a product from Shopclue.com. Worst product & service ...
