Product not delivered

Its been more than 15 days since I ordered a trimmer from Shopclues.com and I haven’t received it. It still says that estimated delivery date is 24th Dec on the order tracking page.


The funny thing is the tracking history which I have attached as an image. It says *’Dispatched from destination city*’ and’*Consignment received at destination city*’ for each and everyday.
