There are many E comarce website in indiaShopclues is one of them.I want to share my experience and also some people experience which I heard.
Friends when I have no knowledge about the realiablity of the E comarce sites I bought two produats from Shopclues both are smartphones.And pleaee belive they are working smoothly. I have bought them before 6-7 months.
I bought unboxed products one is Smasung galaxy core 2 and another is samaung galaxy star pro.Both the smartphones are working smoothly till then I am fan of shopclues to give me such brillient products at little cost.But then my issue is that shopclues not believe in reality it can adopt cheap ways of promotions.
It is feels now like a site which is called bookmyoffer on that site you got all products at 1 rs or 2 rs but the delivery charges are much more than the original value of the product such like that shopclues is also focusing on that it started its one rupee flaah sale in which it gives product in just one rupee but the delivery charges are actully the same as the product price.I m feeling to laugh just belive in reality give geniune product.
My friends also shared their experience to me about their shoping at ahopclues.Someone got diiferent color product. Someone got a damaged metal product and the return policy of the site is wrost.The wite looka attractive at firat viaaion because it is giving products at very cheap price but believe me only 10 percwnt product delieverd are original and I am lucky that I got geniune products but now I am stay away from tge shopclues I prefer to buy products from amazon because the return policy of amazon is very good and I also prefer flipcart .When it comes to ranking I gave 10 points to amazon , 9 ppints to flipcart , 7 points to snapdeal , and 5 points to shopclues.
I have many many experience shared by my friends aginst shopclues some of them I explained to you.
Now I am speaking about the bugs that must be solved by the shopclues
1 The page experiwnce must be good it takes loading time.
2 Please focus on consumer satisfaction for which you have to adopt a good service policies.
3 And smash the one rupee sale becuse from any angle it is not looking good.
- The unboxe product should be less costly so people should start to belive and please give a sufficient exchange time to the customer so if they are having probelms they have a qay to return it and get their money refunded.
5The app experience is not good when you add product to the cart it will show different price may be the price of any other porduct which is very diasappointing. Please make some place in the hearts of the customer like amazon which has a great return policy and believe me their are so much conditions for a seller so he must kept in mind the customer satiafaction. So please make the user interface good in you app and focus to attract the mobile brand to launch their product on shipclues by which you got attention of more and more customer and then you need’nt any advertisement to attract cusomers.Shopclues is untouched application by many of the customer beacuse of not much assistence in consumer mind. Please put geniune products qith geniune sellers so that you got place in leading e commarce websiye in india.
So at the end I want to say that I have no problem with shopclues beacuse I have good experience but according to people thoughts I am giving that review on shopclues.So please understand this and improve it to be best in india .God Bless
