I ordered an item from shopclues.and after one day I found that the shipped address is a wrong address(old one) where I am not staying.If you shop from.mobile app it will take the first address by default.I asked them to change my shipping address after one day.
They said shipping address cannot be changed but they can cancel it.But they didnt cancelled and dispatched it.On 2nd day I called customer care and asked them why it was not cancelled they said its already been dispatched they can hold the shipment and they said the shipment is on hold.But again I got a mail that your item is being shipped.I called them and they said we cannot do anything you need to talk to courier partner.I dont understand when you are taking shipping charges why dont you have the cancel button.
Please change your customer support otherwise you will loose customers
