Below is the email chain. After last email I got a feedback form. They have themselves change the status to "Undelivered - returned to origin."
So I cannot give feedback about the seller or Shopclues. What do you mean by returned back? Who returned it back?

Courier website does not show shipment status. The product was ordered on 27-Oct-2014 and still no information. Very poor service. Unfortunately I would have to write negative comments for Shopclues for allowing such seller and off-course about the seller himself. Cheers,
