I bought a Samsung 32H5500 LED TV by paying 31000 from Shopclues.com with order id 27344557 on 21st November 2014, and got it on 09-Dec-2014, i.e. After 19 days.
While buying the product it was clearly mentioned in their website that the product has 1 year of warrant. Also they mentioned they have 10 days of money back policy if customer is unsatisfied.
Once I got the TV I found that it do not have any warranty and same was confirmed by Samsung India that TV do not have any warranty.
I have been calling them for past 10 days and writing them mail to take back the product and return my full money.
But they are not replying anything to me and in their website they have mentioned the issue as closed.
