I have been an early customer of Shopclues. Having bought a lot of items from Shopclues, I must say I used to be really happy with Shopclues. In daily use items, nobody could match their discount rates. The products were genuine and have good quality.
But the are becoming worse by the day.I had placed an order early in July which they delivered in July end. And it was a broken photo-frame.I requested a return on 28th July. First they asked me to add photographs and proofs.
I did that promptly in 2 days. But after that, there’s been no response from them.To this day they have not done anything. Only when I email or call them, they give me some assurance and then do nothing.
After about 6-7 emails, I have decided to post this experience on MouthShut.One more thing. Recently Shopclues had a 100% cashback offer.
And you know what they are giving in cashback? Discount coupons for other sites.Basically, they think they can fool people and get away with it. Sadly, thats not the case and I am sure people will look through this con they are trying to pull off.
I have attached the’Terms and Conditions’ that Shopclues had advertised on 15th Aug. Here they clearly mention that they will give 100% cashback in Cluesbucks. But now they are giving stupid discount coupons for Droom and Yatra.They are behaving like fraudsters.
