I really want to tell you about shopclues.com, I am very disappointed about this online E-commerce company.
Customer service: customer services is very poor as well as they can’t understand the real problem of their customers, Always they are unable to register any type of complaint.
Product quality: Product quantity is also not good, one time make a order for Samsung 32 GB Memory card but after open the package I see the duplicate one Samsung Micro SD card.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is Good they send their package exactly on the time.
App & Website: Shopclues App design and Interface is good but not better as compare to other sometimes it may creat difficulties at time of using app and Website is look alike of their App but works good.
Realibilty: I don’t think they selling real Products, they show different products on their app and website that is very disappointed thing.
