Writing the review from my personal experience. This refers to an order I had paced many months ago for an LED TV -’Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD’.
I had ordered the same as it was priced at approx Rs 26000/- at the time. Whereas the same model was priced at Rs 36000/- in rival companies’ websites.
The reviews by people who had purchased at that time was not very good. However, I was tempted with the price on offer. When the order arrived, I asked to be allowed to open the box to see if the TV has arrived in proper condition. However, I was not allowed to do so and caling the customer care also met with same fate.
I did not accept the order and ordered another television, LG 42LB550A 106.68 cm(42 inches) Full HD LED TV via Amazon. They not only allowed me to inspect the product, but also allowed me to connect with Tata sky connection and check.
I have a sense of distrust ever since with Shopclues as it is better not to be’penny wise and pund foolish’.
