It use to be my preffered hang out for clothes and other stuff. What I liked about Shoppers Stop is their customer service when you are present in thier store.Once you are out of the store you are quickly forgotten. I say this from my experience with them.inspite of being a Golden glow member I would not recieve thier mailers in time.There are times I have recived the mailers after the offer has expired. I have complained many times but all you hear is sorry.
secondly they dont stock XL size western wear for ladies and at times I feel its pointless shopping at Shoppers Stop.
Since I have shopped with them for sometime now they send me a snail mail that they will withdraw my golden glow membership. Big Deal !!!!! I say!!!!!.Of the all the shoppers stop in mumbai I feel the Ghatkopar one is the best in terms of service while you are in the store.
