I made two orders for clothing. They didnt ship the item for two weeks. They reply to emails after minimum 3 days. I dont know when they will ship. This much timing to ship is very bad for a reputed store.
Another previous order was cancelled due to lack of stock. Will update after receiving the product, (if at all).
Please avoid if you want ur stuff urgently.
I also noticed that the MRP of the items change up and down within days. They send the gift coupons only if you ask the customer care.
Only good thing is the availability of a variety of brands and a detailed description of fitting guides. But my experience has been very bad so far.
