I have used shoppersstop.com a few times to buy clothes. On every occasion, they have had problems with delivery, items out of stock being shown as available, delayed delivery and in one case, no delivery (order # 3588513). Every time you ask their customer service what went wrong, they have a formula response saying that the order was shipped through Aramex courier.
Their system is down half the time, so the customer service executive would say that she is unable to do anything at the moment and would ask you to call back later, which in every case takes a minimum of 5 minutes to get through to an agent. Such shoddy service is unimaginable from the website when their physical stores are actually so nice.
I have, however, had enough of online shopping at shoppersstop.com and I doubt if I’ll ever recommend it to anyone.
