I have paid 300 INR at store for registration(First Citizen membership) on 31-Dec-2019 and received message as per attachment. However, reward points are not reflecting on my account also offline orders at store are not reflecting on my online account. I am in a contact with Shoppers Stop customer support since last 1 month but they are not interested to resolve this issue. This is an example of worst customer service of Shoppers Stop.
