Well, I didn’t read reviews about Shoppersstop.com and went ahead and ordered stuff from their website, thinking that they would be good, I hold Golden Glow Membership of theirs.
Horrible Experience
No updates on orders
No Tracking provided.
It has been 15 days and I have not received the order, when contacted the customer service they told that it’s sale season so it would take another 2 -3 days for delivery, when I complained, they said this is what is their on the website as well, so they can’t do anything.
I can’t understand how in this world shoppersstop can have a website and accept orders which they don’t full fill, all this is bad and is even spoiling their in-store experience, after this I don’t even want to visit their store!
I shop online all the time and sites like Flipkart, Amazon, SnapDeal, Frenchconnection etc are just great and orders are fulfilled within 2 -3 days.
BOTTON LINE - don’t shop online from shoppersstop, visit their store instead.
